Amazing interior design, very warm welcome by the stuff and the Michelin chef! The food also hold a high standard and full of creativity! We had a great evening!

This is such an amazing restaurant! When you arrive you are genuinely welcomed with great friendliness in a way you feel immediately at home! The owner explains the menu and his signature dishes with great passion. Every single item on the menu is made with the best ingredients, some of which come from is own biological kitchen garden. Even the fresh sourdough bread is made with flour of the local windmill “De Hoop”. The brigade is young, full of passion and knowledge of the great dishes they serve. The sommeliers provide you with the best choice of wine to accompany your dishes, they even have a wine package that cater for those who still have to drive home! All in all a great restaurant when you want to experience Michelin star dining in a modern and relaxed setting!

I’ve had an amazing evening in a very nice atmosphere, very well trained staff, and to the point food. Literally everything was top. And the surprise came in the end: the price was far less, then I thought. The friendliness and warmness of the staff was outstanding and the 5 hours I have been there didn’t felt like too long.

Top notch. Ordered 3 courses, but received 5 or 6 with little tasty surprises in between. Portion size of the starters and deserts was normal, and main was on the large side. Everything was served in good time, immaculately presented, tasty and cooked to perfection, with something special and unique about every dish. Staff were all sweet, warm and professional but unpretentious. Even one of the owners came to say hi. Apple pie was to die for. Overall, gorgeous restaurant, background music and a great vibe. Was well worth the short 30 minute uber ride from Amsterdam. Will be back!

Hidden gem, but so worth the visit. Its located in a quiet city near Amsterdam but the food experience was unique. They served some creative dishes like for example the four amuses in the beginnen it was so creative. I really liked that idea! Even the kids (4 and 9) enjoyed their adult dinner haha
